Terms of Service

Beta Terms — effective 25 May 2026. A formal, lawyer-reviewed version will replace this before paid plans launch.

Welcome to Practice30. These Terms govern your use of the Practice30 website and apps during the Beta period. By creating an account, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of themselves and the child profiles they add.

1. Beta status

Practice30 is currently in Beta. That means:

  • It is free to use. We do not collect any payment during Beta.
  • Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice as we improve the product.
  • Occasional bugs or downtime are possible. We work to fix them quickly and will notify you of significant issues.
  • Beta access may be limited to a small group of “founding families” while we iterate.

2. Who can use Practice30

Only a parent or legal guardian can create and own an account. A child cannot create an account on their own. By creating the account and adding a child profile, the parent confirms that:

  • They are the parent or legal guardian of each child on the account.
  • They consent to Practice30 processing the child’s practice data for the child’s own learning progress, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • They will supervise the child’s use of the service.

3. What Practice30 provides

Practice30 provides AI-picked, adaptive practice problems mapped to Indian K-10 syllabus (CBSE, ICSE, and major state boards), plus a parent dashboard showing the child’s progress. Practice30 is a practice platform — it does not replace school, a teacher, or face-to-face tuition. We do not guarantee any specific exam result or grade outcome.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share account credentials with anyone outside your immediate family.
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to access another family’s data, reverse-engineer the system, or interfere with how the service runs.
  • Use automated tools to scrape questions, answers, or any other content from the service.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not own.

5. Content

Practice problems, exercises, explanations, and AI-generated content on Practice30 are provided “as is” for the Beta period. We do our best to keep them accurate and aligned with school syllabi, but we do not guarantee freedom from errors. If you spot an error, please email hello@practice30.comso we can fix it.

6. Pricing during Beta

Practice30 is completely free during Beta. We do not ask for credit-card details and no charge will be made to you. When we exit Beta and switch on paid plans, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance and you will be given the choice to:

  • Continue on a chosen paid plan,
  • Continue on whatever free tier we offer at that time, or
  • Close the account, in which case your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

7. Account closure

You can close your account at any time from the parent dashboard or by emailing hello@practice30.com. When the account is closed, all child profiles and practice history are removed within 30 days other than what is required to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

8. Service availability

During Beta we do not promise a specific uptime or service level. We will work to keep Practice30 running and to communicate when there are outages or major changes.

9. Disclaimers and limitations

Practice30 is provided “as is” during Beta. To the extent allowed by applicable Indian law, Practice30 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. The maximum liability of Practice30 for any direct loss is limited to amounts actually paid to Practice30 in the prior 12 months, which during Beta is zero.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms during Beta. The most significant change planned is the move from the current Beta Terms to the full, lawyer-reviewed Terms before paid plans go live. We will notify the parent by email of meaningful changes.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For any questions or disputes related to these Terms, email hello@practice30.com in the first instance.
